October Update

Here in our mountain hideaway work continues on the new Howling Larsons album, to be titled either ‘Midnight Folk’ or ‘Best Of, Volume Two’ and to be released on vinyl by Eleven Willows.

Check out the playlist; 2 new tracks have been posted to Youtube -’Mask Of Winter’, which was commissioned by The Hermetic Libary (our page there: http://hermetic.com/anthology/profile/the-howling-larsons/ ) and Goat Dance, a video for the track Goat Song.

Wild Thing review: Fool Of Sound And Furry

howlinglarsensfoolofsoundandfurry“…enigmatic but very beautiful… among folk countryside walks, spooky stories, Sufi poetry, magic flight, all in a bright kaleidoscope of mystery but (containing) the house of candy built by the wicked witch in the countryside as a trap for unsuspecting children… There is some connective tissue and an inner logic that simply must be investigated and deciphered… However, if you do not bother much to solve puzzles, the disc for you can be just a magical experience…” (with no thanks to Google Translate!) – Wild Thing
